Balnaves of Coonawarra William Wilson Shiraz Cabernet celebrates the legacy of William Wilson. His remarkable garden on terra rossa soils inspired what became the Coonawarra wine region.

His descendants, the Balnaves and Redman families, still produce wine in Coonawarra today. This wine is their collaboration, comprised of the Redman family's North End Shiraz and the Balnaves family's Paulownia Cabernet Sauvignon.

The fruit is handpicked and destemmed, then open fermented with plunging and pump overs. The wine matures for 18 months in new and seasoned French oak prior to blending and bottling.

Deep red, Balnaves of Coonawarra William Wilson Shiraz Cabernet is made for limited release. It perfectly balances fruit, structure and fine grained tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
